From 7-12 weeks, relax and watch your baby move and develop inside the womb. A beautiful moment to pause and connect at a very special stage of your pregnancy.
A note on the heartbeat: we don't listen to the heartbeat before 14 weeks. That's a deliberate safety choice - we keep ultrasound exposure to the minimum needed, in line with the ALARA principle, and heartbeat audio uses more of it. It isn't an upgrade, it's simply not something we do this early.

Clear face shots become harder to capture as pregnancy progresses, particularly after 28 weeks, due to your baby's position, engagement into the pelvis, reduced amniotic fluid relative to space, and the face being closer to the placenta, cord or their own hands/feet.
If your technician isn't happy with the facial images captured, we'll offer one complimentary 10-minute return scan at our discretion, subject to appointment availability. This might be on the same day but it could also be up to a week later.
Clear facial images are not guaranteed on any visit, including a return one, as they depend on your baby's position and cooperation on the day.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your Baby Shower Package booking.
Need to change your date? No problem — just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll happily move your booking, with your deposit carried across to the new date.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance on the day, will result in the loss of your deposit. As this package reserves the clinic exclusively for your family, we're unable to offer that time to anyone else at short notice.
Please note deposits are non-refundable. However, if 24 hours or more notice is given, they can be used as credit toward a future booking, or transferred to another family, within 3 months of your original appointment date.

For scan packages: each scan in your package is treated as an individual appointment under this policy. If you fail to attend a scheduled scan within your package without providing at least 24 hours' notice, that scan is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or added back onto your package. The remaining scans in your package are unaffected and can still be used as normal.
We're always happy to help you reschedule with proper notice — we just can't hold or replace appointments that are missed without warning, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.
